King Centre is an office development located centrally along prime waterfront of the Singapore River and at the fringe of Orchard Road Shopping belt. It is part of an integrated mixed development that comprises an 8-storey office block, a 2-storey retail complex, waterfront plaza and a 30-storey Grand Copthorne Waterfront Hotel Singapore.

As part of the integrated development, the design of the office space follows a hospitality setting, complimenting the 5 star hotel adjoining it. Taking the cue from the original name – King Centre – the design draws inspiration from palace set in a royal garden. Richness of marbles clad the office lobby wall, with injection of manicured indoor plants refers the quality of space it strives to present to the users. The common workplace/business found in the development is high-tech related. Nestle in a business park setting, it is natural for our concept of the development to create an office development in a garden setting.
